About the Cell
The Women Empowerment Cell functions with the motto “Towards a Self-Empowered Mind.” It is committed to creating awareness about women’s rights, ensuring a safe campus environment, and promoting equal opportunities. The cell encourages women to express their ideas, share experiences, and participate actively in academic and co-curricular activities. Through seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and awareness programs, the cell helps women realize their full potential.

Major Events Conducted
1. Guest Lecture on Mental Health Awareness (23rd October 2024)
A guest lecture was conducted focusing on the importance of mental health among female students. The session highlighted stress management, emotional well-being, and coping strategies. Students actively participated in discussions and Q&A sessions, making it highly interactive and impactful.
2. Legal Awareness Session on Women’s Empowerment (15th February 2025)
This session focused on strengthening women’s knowledge about legal rights. The session covered workplace safety, domestic protection laws, and access to justice were discussed. Real-life case studies helped students understand the importance of legal awareness in daily life.
3. Women’s Day Celebration (8th March 2025)
Women’s Day was celebrated with inspiring talks by industry leaders. Speakers shared their experiences and encouraged students to build confidence, pursue goals, and embrace leadership roles. The event motivated students to recognize their potential and strive for excellence.
4. Entrepreneurial Session: Chocolate Start-up (8th March 2025)
A special session on building a chocolate start-up introduced students to entrepreneurship concepts. Topics like branding, marketing, and product development were covered. The interactive session encouraged students to explore business ideas and innovation.
